Our team of Doctors and Medical Providers bring diverse expertise in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine. Each provider has experience working with children, and our team includes MD’s, DO’s, NP’s, and PA’s. With years of experience caring for patients of all ages—from newborns to adults—our providers are dedicated to helping you understand how our bodies are designed to heal and achieve optimal functionality. They are backed by an exceptional advisory board that offers additional pediatric support and guidance. Together, this specialized team is committed to delivering the best care for all our children.
MINDSETkids encompasses all children under parental care, providing holistic wellness solutions and resources from early childhood through adolescence. The program recognizes the evolving needs of children at different stages of development and tailors its approach accordingly.
A monthly membership fee of $29. When you join, you’ll be charged for your first monthly payment.
There is an optional fee of $49.99 per family if you wish to include our Handy Home Kit (a $100 value for only $49.99).
Your $29 monthly fee will be set up as an automatic payment, which you can cancel at any time. Please note that canceling your membership will also cancel access to any extras. If you choose to cancel, you’re welcome to rejoin after 6 months.
We do not accept insurance for our services and our office is not a provider for Medicaid or Medicare. We operate as a pay-for-service clinic with the goal of making holistic wellness services accessible to a broad spectrum of families seeking pediatric care. If you have any questions regarding payment options, please feel free to contact our administrative staff for further assistance.
