Free Sick Visit
Each child receives FREE sick visits with their membership. *If child is seen for the same issue more than 3 times, the provider may recommend an Extended Care Consultation to address the underlying issue.
Membership Pricing
$29 per month for all of your kids* *No limit on the number of kids in your family. Extended Care Visits are an additional fee billed per visit. Extended Care Visit- $175 (Examples: a child has been seen at least 3 times for the same condition; a child has a chronic condition or special needs which requires a more in depth consultation with a physician.)
